We started our hunt for a good developer for redevelopment of our society building in 2003. However, we met a genuine developer, Mr. Amol Rege of Pruthvi Group in 2012. He was prompt enough to take our paperwork ahead. Our paper work such as Development Agreement, Conveyance, Layout Planning, Allocation of flats and getting IOD from BMC was completed in one year’s time with 100% satisfaction.
Pruthvi Group also helped us in clearing our legal issue in a record of one month. The actual construction started in January 2014 and we got possession of our individual flats & building in our hand with FULL OCCUPATION CERTIFICATE in September 2015. The work, completion of the project in 19 Months and the building is being praised by all the people in area and guests who visit us at Tulsi Niwas.
